MOMENT S.C. has been founded in year 2016, after a joint venture was formed from our two companies. Both BSKB Konstruktorzy est. 2010, and BELKAM est. 2016, were operating in the civil engineering and consulting field.
We have been gaining extensive expertise in structural design since year 2007. During our careers, we have successfully undertaken many large and complex engineering projects. We have completed projects located in Poland, Sweden, Norway and Germany.
We have extensive experience in coordination of structural designs with prefabrication plants. We have completed numerous projects involving historical objects. We design optimized structures from concrete, steel, masonry and timber. In our designs we utilize the newest construction technologies such as fiber reinforcement, composite reinforcement, glued structures etc.
We design diverse public utility facilities, such as swimming pools, event halls, terminals etc. We have experience in multi-branch cooperation and design which incorporates specific requirements for every object.
We have comprehensive experience in design of hotels, SPAs, commercial facilities.
We design complexes of multi-apartment units. We have a deep knowledge of how to correctly solve typical issues in those objects, such as underground garages waterproofing, design of terraces in-level with apartments, utilization of green roofs, elimination of heat bridges, etc.
We design industrial structures, taking into account their specific requirements – limitation of transmission of vibrations, analysis and limitation of mutual deformations, performance in corrosive environments and elevated temperatures, etc.
We have completed a number of projects in historic buildings. We understand the specifics associated with acting among historical structures, preserving their value. We have learned many techniques, how those buildings and structures were constructed and we are able to design according to requirements of revitalization and modernization of those objects.
We work for demanding private investors. To date, we have completed a number of impressive residences with complicated and striking architecture. We have designed few hundred of shallow, insulated foundation slabs in various soil conditions.
